SpacioCero

A contemporary dance artistic project based in Xalapa, Veracruz, dedicated to the creation, management, and dissemination of contemporary performing arts. Founded in 2009 under the direction of Pedro García, the company's work and approach are articulated through critical thinking, the body, and experimentation as the core of its research.
Their repertoire has been performed in Mexico and in countries throughout Latin America, Europe, and the Caribbean. In addition to their work in artistic creation, Spaciocero Arte Escénico coordinates platforms such as the Primate Escénico International Festival, Cuerpos Encuentros, redNUMAL (Latin American Network of Dance Festivals, Cultural Spaces, and Body Practices), and Cuerpo a la Pantalla (Body to the Screen), which foster independent networks for creation and distribution across Latin America.
