From Honduras, the festival promotes the dissemination of contemporary performing arts in all its forms —dance, physical theatre, performance and hybrid practices—, fostering cultural exchange and artistic training in the Central American region.
Each edition of Instinto brings together local and international creators in a diverse program that combines shows, workshops, and open conversations.

Since 2019, the Instinto Festival has connected dancers, choreographers, and communities in a space for encounter, training, and collective creation. With over 190 participants across its editions, it has established itself as a leading platform for contemporary dance in Honduras.
